BY YEAR'S END  DOCTORS ON THE DOORSTEP IN TWELVE PALILULA MUNICIPAL VILLAGES

Under the new cycle of health checks of the inhabitants in the countryside, at homes, organized by the Health Center in Nis and in cooperation with the Palilula Municipality from October 10 to December 6 shall comprise the population of the twelve villages of Palilula. Action "Let us approach our patients" action started on Sunday, October 11 in the village of Pasi Poljana. There has been a 52 examinations of less movable and immovable patients at home, said Alexander Ždrale, vice Municipal Assembly president of Palilula Municipality.

According to president Boban Džunić in Palilula live large number of people who need some type of health-care and social assistance. Almost every 14th resident of Palilula is older than 70 years. Health care of population, improvement of work and equipping of health facilities-clinics and expansion of activities of health services in the municipality of Palilula are the objectives we are aiming to- said the president Džunić. In collaboration with the Health center adn Prevention center of Nis, we organized several health campaigns, lectures and activities for residents of the city, but also in the rural area of the municipality. The action will continue, as it has proven that health care of this category of the population is very much needed.

Residents will be able to check their health and for free on-site at scheduled time, said Dr. Milorad Jerkan, Director of the Health Center in Nis. The doctors will provide services: medical history taking, clinical examination, ECG at home, blood sugar and medical advice regarding the treatment of chronic diseases. With special attention will be analyzed the old, less mobile and immobile patients. It is necessary that the patient has a health card and a report on the current therapy.

Checking the health of the population continues on Sunday 18.10.2015. Bubanj Village in (from 09:00 -11: 00), the village Donje Vlase (from 11: 30-13: 00). On Sunday 25.10.2015, the team of the Health Centre will be in the village Cokot (09: 00-13: 00) and on Sunday 01.11.2015. in the village Lalinac (from 09: 00-11: 00), the village Lalinske Pojate (11: 30-13: 00). From 08.11.2015. action "Coming close to the patients," continues in the village of Mramor (from 09: 00-11: 00), the village Mramorski Potok (11: 30-13: 00). On Sunday, 15.11.2015, doctors will visit patients-citizens of the village of Krušce (09: 00-13: 00) and next week, 21.11.2015, will be in Suvi Do from (09: 00-13: 00). From 29.11.2015. team of the Health Center Nis will be in the village Vukmanovo (09: 00-13: 00).
